Hi there! I wanted to speak with you about the chair.  I have reviewed all the videos, and made the necessary chair adjustment and I absolutely love it!

As a matter of fact, I believe it is because of this chair that I no longer have back pain.  I have experienced SI joint discomfort for the past four years and although I am currently doing boot camp as an exercise regime, I believe the new chair has been the strong variable that has influenced any change in my physical life.  I am VERY curious if my back relief is due to the chair or boot camp (or probably both!)

I need you to know that for over three years I have tried to find an office chair (or any chair) in which I could sit without pain.  Due to this problem I could not work in the office nor attend meetings on a regular basis.  I forfeited my position as pastor of a larger church because of this.  This chair is an amazing piece of equipment. I can easily sit in this chair for several hours if needed.   Would you believe I take less pain medicine because of this chair?

Kevin I have told you of all the wonderful things I think about this chair and I have listed them again so you and others can enjoy: I think the most important thing is how comfortable the chair is, it literally wraps around your body. After sitting in  it for a period of time it just becomes a chair but every time I go to sit in it, it feels like the first time again. SO COMFORTABLE! Next I have to give you compliments on the adjustability of the chair, I mentioned to you that I can break anything and fix nothing. So while going through the owners guide and messing around withal the adjustments. I broke the chair or at least thought I did. I was adjusting the armrest width and ended up unscrewing the knob too much  and there it was, the armrest in my hand. What an adjustment!  Anyhow, I realize this chair can be adjusted for three different types of  people- a normal chair suited just for me, a person who needs big and tall, and for a conference table or in lieu of a person that needs an armless chair.  And though I have all these great compliments I did seem to find a problem especially while typing this email being able to turn the armrest in towards the body, when I type  only my elbows rest on the armrest or I feel more comfortable with my hands in my lap.  All in all I love the chair and so does the other people in my office.  The receptionist takes it every afternoon after I leave. Lorne you and all the people at BodyBilt have been wonderful from start to finish.  The chair has really helped immensely with my tailbone pain which is more than some minor inconvenience to someone who spends two hours sitting in the car for their commute to work and then 8 hours or more sitting to do their job.  Prior to receiving my new chair, I was trying to decide if I needed to go on medical leave or quit my job entirely and see if I would qualify for disability.  I would use three different styles of chairs to try and make myself comfortable during my work day.  I would switch between a kneeling chair, a standard office chair with an add on lumbar roll and extra pillows or a fold up camping chair.  With my new ergonomics chair by BodyBilt, I am able to be more productive and actually meet my sales goals for the first time since my car accident.

I have already received the chair and just haven’t had the time to call when I am up there and sitting in it.  I will tell you that I used it the way I set it up this past Sabbath for the 8 or so hours I worked the 4 worship services and I think I am in LOVE!  Oh my, I was not nearly as worn out and sore on Sunday and it is amazingly comfortable.  I will call soon when I have enough time to talk and have you walk me through the adjustment.

As much as I hated to spend the amount of money that I did for a work chair, I have to admit that out of the thousands I have spent this year dealing with my pain issues, buying the chair was money well spent. Although it did not completely make my pain go away ( nor did I think it would) I feel a tremendous difference at the end of my work day. I no longer leave here with my legs SCREAMING with pain. So thank you to BodyBilt for continuing to follow up with me after my initial e mail contact. I was not an easy “sale” nor the easiest person to find the time to do the initial phone interview.

If the sales person at BodyBilt would not have continued to follow up, there is a good chance that I would not have bought the chair and continued to leave work feeling absolutely miserable.

It’s a beautiful day here in Cupertino where we are still mourning the death of Steve Jobs.

The chair either met or exceeded all of my expectations.  It is comfortable, robust, easy to adjust, and fits my measurements perfectly. I was amazed that with the help of the instruction booklet, I was able to set it up myself.  (I am a liberal arts major but I was married  to an electrical engineer and currently have been married for 26 years to a
chemical engineer/commercial airline pilot, so I am not fazed by technical stuff.)

Anyway, the BodyBilt chair got me through a very tough period when I was dealing with a lot of pain.  Now that the pain is much better, it is still my favorite chair to work in.

I am glad you talked me into the fabric I chose because I really like it and the color.

The only problem I have is how to dispose of this huge carton it came in before the winter rains set in.  It is annoying my husband.  We need to attack it but it is formidable.

I am so very happy to report that I absolutely love my BodyBilt chair. I just wanted to thank you so much.  I actually tried to call a while back.  I really enjoyed your story about the gentleman who purchased a chair from you.  He was a Texan if I recall and said, “Boy, I just got one word for you with a long pause as he was sitting down “Ahhhhhhhhh”.  You nailed it.

Best description ever.  If a picture is worth a 1000 words, the sound of comfort is worth 100,000 words.  Honestly, I did not know whether to believe you or not.  I thought you might be exagerating, or maybe I would not get the same benefit.  It has really been one of those things where I think of you every day.  Which as you know, I have only spoken to you one or two times on the phone and we have never met in person.  You have made such a wonderful improvement in my pain that I am better able to serve my patients.

I had recently started working at the Veterans Hospital when we spoke.  I am a psychiatrist and it is a well known fact that we have a shortage of physicians.  The majority of days I often do not even have time to take a break, eat lunch, and I am lucky if I have time to use the restroom (seriously !!).

Lorne, I am telling you this not because I want  to have a pity party.  I consider it an honor to be in a position to help many of our troops.  I am telling you so you will understand  what a difference you and your company have made in my life.  I am not exaggerating when I say, “if it was not for your help I would not be able to do the amount or quality of work that I do.”.   The chair is anything but inexpensive when compared to a regular desk chair, but it was worth every penny and I would do it again in a heart beat.   I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Hannakah, holiday and happy New Year.

I have severe fybromyalgia being diagnosed 15 years ago.  I work as an Executive Assistant to a group president for a major construction management firm so my job is quite demanding.  I got to the point about six months ago where I could barely hang on throughout the day because of the pain sitting in my chair.  I ordered a new chair from another facility in hopes it would be my answer to giving me some pain relief.  It helped maybe 20% if that.  After seeing my physical therapist this fall, again, she suggested some type of lower lumber support addition to my new chair.  I went on line to search for one and came across the BodyBilt products.  I had intended only to get the lumbar support but, after talking to a BodyBilt representative and receiving information on the chairs to present to my boss, I was given immediate approval to order a new chair.  I  received my chair within the specified time frame and it was immediate pain relief!  I can work all day without pain now.  My work production has gone up because of it. Also, on October 3rd of this year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and ended up having a mastectomy on November 1st.  I was quite concerned what it was going to be like going back to work after having such major surgery.  I am happy to report that I am still pain free and am working very comfortably in my new chair.  I especially recommend this chair to all fybromyalgia sufferers.  Again, thank you for all your help with getting this chair ordered and fitted to my needs.  This chair is AMAZING!!!

I had back surgery right before Christmas and after that I was not able to sit down for about 3 months or so. Once my doctor told me that it was ok to sit down I started to use the chair. So far so good. The chair is doing its part. This chair is comfortable and keeps me in good posture. I have not had a single episode of backpain or sciatica since I had surgery. I assume big part of that is due to using the right chair. The service that I received from the staff of Bodybuilt was great so I am a happy customer. Right now all restrictions have been lifted by my doctor and I am 100% back to my normal life.

The chair is working out great.  I can work a full day almost every day thanks to being able to be seated and supported properly.  I was a little concerned about the hump in the middle of the back of the chair pressing too much against my spine, but I worried for nothing.  Although there is a lot of pain around my 2^nd to 5^th ribs, the extra support has helped my posture and not pressed in the wrong places.

I absolutely love the chair.  I am comfortable working in it, and I can literally nap in it as well if I want to.  Since I got the chair, I did get spinal fusion surgery in my neck – same as Peyton Manning.  I’m back at work and already feeling better.  It’s fantastic to have a chair that lets me work and rest while recovering from the surgery.
